The stock market is currently exhibiting constructive characteristics that suggest the potential for a strong uptrending market. Recent weeks have seen an increase in bearish sentiment, likely driven by concerns regarding inflation and tariffs. However, both the S&P 500 and Nasdaq indices have demonstrated resilience, remaining within a few percentage points of their respective all-time highs.

The recent strong performance of the IBD 50, Russell 2000, ARKK and IWO indices are particularly noteworthy. Furthermore, the increasing number of stocks exhibiting upward trends suggests growing momentum within high-growth sectors.

Positive price action is also evident in individual stocks, particularly those that have recently reported earnings. PLTR, AFRM, DOCS, UPST, and APP all experienced significant price increases following their respective earnings releases. The substantial trading volume observed in stocks like AFRM, UPST and DOCS suggests increasing institutional accumulation.

Finally, the constructive formations observed in Bitcoin and Microstrategy (MSTR) further suggest that larger investors are beginning to increase their risk exposure.

Risk right. Sit tight.
Full Disclosure: I currently own Bitcoin, SPY, AFRM, MSTR, DOCS & IBIT.
